I want to see people given more help to avoid problem debt, I want to see better advice being provided when people realise they have a problem and I want to see people who face up to their problems and work hard to resolve them being cut more slack by the banks and loan companies when they apply for credit again in the future. They should not be ostracised and treated as financial untouchables. They are people, not funts.
